Sophie and the Rising Sun

Action Drama film \"Sophie and the Rising Sun\" unfolds in the autumn of 1941 year when Europe was in flames. World War II inhaled every day more and more countries and ruining the lives of innocent people. Events unfold in a small fishing village, located in South Carolina. Here comes Japanese-American in the first generation. His name is Grover and he does not want anyone evil. Arriving at this place, he wants to live a quiet and peaceful life. Being educated, well-read and courteous gentleman, he never gets involved in the conflict. Despite this, local residents are experiencing hostility toWards him.

Tension grows in the world and resentment of residents. The situation is totally out of control at a time when the Japanese military attack on Pearl Harbor. At this point the locals decide to avenge the deaths of American soldiers in opposing the peace-loving person. Amid these events, develops the love between Grover and Sophie, a girl who holds him Warm feelings and not paying attention to the different origins.
