The Birth of a Nation

The plot of Dramatic film \"The Birth of a Nation\" is based on real events that occurred in the year 1831 in the United States. From an early age, dark-skinned guy Nathaniel Turner faced abuse similar to white people. Unfortunately, in his life there is only one way — slavery and its work on cotton plantations. From many of the slaves he differs sharp mind, ability to read and write, as well as piety, which led to his religious activities.

Living in constant fear, the daily humiliation, as well as the terrible injustice lead Nata to reflect on their lives and the lives of fellow human beings who deserve a better fate. When the owners cruelty goes beyond the brink, Nat begins to act — to encourage slaves to Virginia to revolt against Slaveholders.
