Three friends Nick Hendricks, Dale Arbus, and Kurt Buckman are sick of working with a rude boss so they plan to start a business on their own. They spur with an idea of “Shower buddy” on the similar lines of car wash. At first they do find any investors for their idea. Suddenly they are approached by Bert Hanson and his son Rex.
They have manufacturing units of their own. Bert is committed to manufacture the required products on their own but Rex is somewhat lineant and believes on the Chinese units to outsource the manufacturing task. They both agree to make one lack units of the shower buddy project and deliver them to the three friends. The friends create their business plan on paper and hire a Warehouse as per the plan. They also hire employees, and calculate the output expected. To their surprise Bert denies to support their business idea in the last moment, and claims that they have not done any written agreement.
