Law enforcement, as estimated by the FBI, manages to apprehend just one in five serial killers, leaving the majority at large. Agent Lee Harker is currently on the pursuit of one such elusive predator, referred to as the Soul Collector. This individual has been ruthlessly targeting entire families for more than a decade, causing them to inexplicably turn on each other. As Agent Harker delves deeper into the investigation, he begins to perceive a significant correlation among the victims, gradually bringing him closer to unveiling the killer's true identity.
