Biographical film about the life and work of the famous American composer, conductor, and pianist Leonard Bernstein. At the age of 25, he was accepted into the New York Philharmonic Orchestra, after which he composed music for such outstanding works as "West Side Story," "On the Waterfront," and many others. Throughout his life, Bernstein was supported and cared for by his wife, actress Felicia Montealegre.
